Patterns

In our watercolor class last week, Jane instructed us to create a page filled with repeated patterns.  I made a template of an aloha shirt and got busy with my pen drawing Hawaiian details on them.
                                              
I had so much fun designing my shirts and then watercoloring them with bright colors.

This is just the first process in a two step assignment and I will share my finished art next week.

    Jane's classes look like so much fun.
    Love your Hawaiian shirts - my family calls them "party" shirts. Curious to see what comes next with them.
