Forget the tomato sauce and pepperoni, here's a pizza sure to please the foodies in your life - and it's so easy!
Brush the top and sides of a thin crust Boboli Pizza lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle the crust with a small amount of pre-shredded mozzarella cheese. Next, add drained sun dried tomatoes, drained marinated artichoke hearts that you have chopped, sliced olives, sliced mushrooms and green onions. Top it with crumbled goat cheese, shredded mozzeralla and a light sprinkle of parmesean cheese. My daughter Jill, added sliced jalapeno peppers to one side to give it a kick. Bake at 425 for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
