June Block of the Month

Sunlight Star is this month's paper pieced block.  I really like this star but the pieces are getting smaller and smaller in the patterns and I had to do a lot of ripping and resewing to finish it.

I can't believe it's been half of a year since I started this quilt - it has really been a learning experience to work with paper piecing but also a lot of fun!

    This is a great star, Ellen. I like it too! I like your fabric choices as well. I would never have guessed that triangles print would work out so well, but it does!
