Last Saturday my husband, our friend Michelle and I participated again in the 2nd annual "Finish Chelsea's Run" 5K run/walk race in Balboa Park.
We joined over 6000 people on a beautiful, sunny morning to honor Chelsea King.
This year, our race bibs are made out of seed-paper and everyone is encouraged to plant them. In a few weeks, beautiful wild flowers will grow in a wonderful rememberance of Chelsea.
What a fantastic tribute to Chelsea. Brings chills to me and a surge of hopefullness, too. Thanks for posting, Ellen =)
